Our pricing has been structured in such a way as to allow any golf club or organisation to have access to CMS Golf in some way, shape or form, we fully understand the difficulties involved when running a business and want to make our system financially viable and a profitable source of income for the businesses that use it. We believe that even with a small scale CMS Golf website, an increase in revenue can be made.
The overall cost of the system will depend on the number of components required (online shopping, classifieds etc) and the amount of content (web pages) to be migrated from the current website. Therefore we feel that our pricing models are not only fair but affordable to most golf organisations.
We have two pricing models for Golf CMS:
1. System Purchase
This is where a customer purchases the system, they then own the complete system, source code, database and rights to do whatever they wish with the system. We then supply support (see below) if required and any enhancements to the system on an adhoc basis.
2. ASP Model
This is known as an 'Application Service Provider' model and is where a customer may lease the system from us, the system is hosted on our business servers with 100% uptime guarantee, depending on the level of system and support required, an appropriate all-inclusive fee is paid for the system and service on a monthly basis. This provides a cheaper model for a lot of organisations and is a more economic way to gain entry on to the system.
Service Agreement
Both models can be supported by our service agreement whereby all system and technical support is included in a monthly subscription, the amount depends on the size of the system that has been implemented.
